There are several possible reasons why a student cannot be registered:

  • Application still in progress: The student’s application may not be fully processed yet, which means they’re not eligible to sit exams. Once the application is complete, they can be registered under your centre’s account.
  • Incorrect student details: One or more details (e.g. student ID, date of birth) may be incorrect. Please contact the student directly to confirm their information.
  • Exemptions or forfeited exemptions: The student may have exemptions, or may have forfeited them, and their details haven’t yet been added to the CBE Administration System.
    • If the student has exemptions, we’ll check their account to confirm whether they’ve been forfeited.
    • If forfeiture is required, the student must contact ACCA Connect and complete the relevant form.
    • If the exemptions have already been forfeited, we will manually register the student on the system.
  • Suspended student account: The student may currently be suspended. Please advise them to contact ACCA Connect to enquire about the re-registration process.
