Centres are invoiced on the first working day of each month for all tokens created in the previous month. You will be invoiced for all tokens created, including those which are unused.
Refunds will not be given for the following:
- Students not attending exams for any reason
- Tokens which have been generated in error
- Tokens created with the wrong start date/time.
Once access tokens have been created it is not possible for ACCA to amend or delete the tokens so you must ensure the correct information is input when generating the access tokens.
