Once you’ve booked a course on ACCA Learning, you’ll have access straight away. Your courses and progress are all managed within the My Learning section.
How to access your course:
1. Log in to your ACCA Learning account.
2. Navigate to My Learning.
3. Select your course to open the content.
Once you’ve completed a course, it will move to your Learning history tab within My Learning.
If you are unable to access your course:
- Make sure you are logged in with the same email address you used to purchase the course (duplicate accounts can occur if different email addresses have been used).
- Ensure your course has not expired. After the expiry date, course content will no longer be accessible.
- Clear your browsers cache and cookies and try again.
If you still can’t locate your course, please contact us and provide the following details:
- ACCA Learning email address
- Course name
- Order number
- Screenshots showing the full page, ensuring the web address (URL) is visible.
- Full description of the issue
