If your apprentice is ready to sit their End Point Assessment (EPA), the employer must complete the Gateway Access Form. This should be physically or electronically signed; we cannot accept typed signatures.
The apprentice should submit the form by contacting us through this article: Ready to sit your End Point Assessment.
Once processed, the apprentice will be granted access to their EPA, meaning the Technical Role Simulation exam (for level 4) or the Strategic Business Leader exam (for level 7) will be available for booking from their account.
As the learning provider is responsible for booking and paying for the EPA exam, they must ensure students are connected to the learning partner's account before their EPA exam is booked.
