As a part of your practical experience requirement (PER), you'll need to complete 9 performance objectives that are made up of:
- 5 Essential objectives
- 4 Technical - selected by you from a list of 17, based on your role, industry, and career aspirations.
Accessing and tracking your progress
You'll access your performance objectives through the MyExperience tool (link to be added), where you can select which objectives you wish to complete.
In the tool, you'll be able to see the current status of your objective. This includes:
- Started
- Under review
- Complete
Objective involves
Each objective is made up of:
- A description
- 5 elements
To show you’ve met the objective, you’ll write a statement of 200–500 words explaining how you’ve applied these elements in practice.
This means you'll need to complete 9 statements in total.
