Billing arrangements allow your organisation to pay fees for connected students, affiliates, and members and removes the need for individuals to pay separately.
 

If an individual is connected to your account, you can add them to a billing arrangement. You can also create multiple billing arrangements, meaning you can assign different individuals to different arrangements, giving you flexibility to manage which fees are charged to your organisation.

These fees will be billed to the organisation on a consolidated Statement of Account.

The Statement of Account will be issued monthly on the agreed billing date and must be paid within 60 days. Failure to pay will result in restricted MyACCA portal access and no further fees being raised.

Please note, exam fees don’t follow the standard monthly billing cycle. Instead, they are billed quarterly after the exam entry deadline for each session. Please see Paying exam fees for more details.
