Partners can request a Tax Residence Certificate to confirm that ACCA and its subsidiaries have tax residency in the UK, in line with the Double Taxation Agreement between the UK and the relevant country.

It can take up to 12 weeks for HMRC to issue Tax Residence Certificate to us. Once we’ve received it, we’ll send it on to you.

When you submit your request, please indicate if you require a scanned copy, a hard copy, or both. You can also request it to be apostilled, but these will take longer to process.

If a hard copy is required, please confirm the postal address.
