Managing your remote on-demand exam booking 

 

If you’ve booked a remote on-demand exam and need to make changes, here’s what you need to know. 

 

Can I cancel my exam? 

You can cancel your exam and get a full refund if you do this within 14 days of making payment. 

 

To cancel your exam: 

  • Log in to ProctorU 

  • Select the Cancel exam option in your account

On the day of your exam 

Did you run into technical problems during your exam? ProctorU will do their best to help you get back on track. If the exam must be cancelled or stopped because of technical issues, refunds are only considered in exceptional cases. 

 

If you’d like to request a refund, please contact the British Council, as they handle bookings and payments for remote on-demand exams. 

 

Just so you know, ACCA can’t process refunds for these exams, as the booking is made directly with the British Council. 

 

Changing Your Exam Date or Time 

Need to reschedule your exam? You can do that easily through your ProctorU account. 

 

Here’s how: 

  • Log in to ProctorU 

  • Go to My Exams 

  • Select the option to reschedule or change appointment 

  • Pick a new date and time that works for you

Keep in mind: changes must be made within the cancellation window to avoid extra charges. If you rebook after this period, you may need to pay the current exam rate, which could be higher than your original fee.
