If exam fees are included in a billing arrangement, you’ll be able to book exams on behalf of students directly from your portal.
Please note that you will be billed for all exams booked through your organisation’s portal, even if that exam is not included in your billing arrangement.
Exam fees are billed quarterly, after the exam entry deadline for each session. This ensures your organisation is only billed for confirmed exam bookings, as exam entries can be amended or cancelled up until the standard entry deadline.

Once the deadline has passed, a consolidated Statement of Account will be raised for all exam fees covered under your billing arrangement, plus any exams booked via the organisation's portal.
