Billing arrangements allow your organisation to pay fees for connected students, affiliates, and members through a consolidated Statement of Account and removes the need for individuals to pay separately.
 

You can assign connected individuals to a billing arrangement from the Manage Individuals section of your MyACCA portal. 

Once an individual is assigned to a billing arrangement, their fees will be billed to the organisation.

Individuals can be assigned to multiple billing arrangements, allowing you flexibility in billing. Only individuals already connected to your organisation can be assigned to a billing arrangement.

Future Statements of Account will reflect the billing arrangement selected; changes will not apply to a Statement of Account already billed.

Please ensure to regularly review billing arrangements and ensure all individuals are assigned correctly to help prevent errors on your Statement of Account. We can not amend any Statement of Account if an individual was not removed prior to billing.
