Conditional exemptions allow you to apply for exemptions before you've completed your degree. Once you’ve graduated and submitted the required documents, these will be converted into full exemptions.

To find out if your course offers conditional exemptions, please check with your university or learning provider.
What you’ll need to apply
If conditional exemptions are available, your university or tuition provider will be able to provide you with a letter.

- Already a student? Simply search for the article "Apply for Exemptions Anytime" to create an exemptions application and submit your evidence. <Link article 226>
Accepting your conditional exemptions
If you're eligible to receive conditional exemptions then you’ll receive an email notification after we have assessed your application.
Any conditional exemptions that you are eligible for will then appear in your MyACCA account to review, and you can select and pay for the ones you wish to accept.
After you graduate
Once you’ve completed your course, your conditional exemptions can be converted to full exemptions. Simply search for the article "Apply to Convert Conditional Exemptions to Full Exemptions" to check the requirements and submit your evidence. <Link article 235>
Conditional exemptions will come with an expiry date, typically one year after your expected graduation. This gives you time to complete your studies and submit the necessary documents to convert these to full exemptions.
