Applying to become an accelerate student

If your university offers an Accelerate programme then you may be entitled to conditional exemptions. Your eligibility to receive conditional exemptions will be assessed when you register with ACCA.

Find out more about conditional exemptions in our article, Apply for conditional exemptions <link to student version article>

Deadline to claim full exemptions
If conditional exemptions are available as part of your Accelerate scheme, these will have an expiry date. The conditional exemption expiry date is normally around 12 months after you graduate.

To convert your conditional exemptions to full exemptions, you'll need to submit official copies of you completion certificate and full transcripts when you have completed your course. Please note that if documentation is not issued in English, we require both the original language version along with an English translation conducted and stamped by a licensed translator.

What happens next
Once your documents have been reviewed and your exemption eligibility has been assessed, we’ll send you a notification email. You’ll then be able to log in to your MyACCA account to review and select your conditional exemptions.
