All Approved Employers will be renewed every 3 years and monitored every 6 years. When it comes to your renewal deadline, an email notification will be sent to the primary contact we have on record at the time of renewal. The primary contact will be able to log into their portal and see a Renewal Action Notification. From here the primary contact will be able to indicate if they want to renew and will be guided through the remainder of the process which includes downloading a renewal pdf specific to employers in China, agreement to terms and conditions and finally the upload of the completed pdf.
Please note, you will be required to renew each stream individually.
Once the primary contact has submitted the online Renewal Action Notification, a member of the Accreditation team will review the information provided and confirm if all necessary information has been received.
There are no documentary evidence requirements as part of renewal, however, the Accreditation team reserve the right to request evidence at any time post initial approval. If this is the case, a member of the Accreditation team will contact you to outline the documents required.
Once the primary contact has submitted the online Renewal Action Notification, a member of the Accreditation team will review the renewal and confirm if all necessary information and documentation has been received. It may be necessary to place your renewal on hold until we receive supporting evidence and / or additional information.
If you do not wish to renew your approval(s), please respond to the Renewal Action Notification for each stream on your portal to inform us of this, we can then process the withdrawal of the approval(s).
