Eligibility criteria
To register for DipIFR, you must meet at least one of the following:
Two years' (24 months) relevant accounting experience and a relevant degree (attracting at least ACCA qualification exemptions for the Applied Knowledge (BT, MA, and FA) and Corporate and Business Law (LW) exams)
Two years’ (24 months) relevant accounting experience and an ACCA Certificate in International Financial Reporting
Three years' (36 months) relevant accounting experience
ACCA affiliate status
A membership of an IFAC recognised accountancy body.
You’ll need to provide documented proof of your qualifications and experience during registration.

Prepare your documents

Ensure all documents are clear and legible. Good quality photographs of your documents are acceptable.

Complete the application form
To apply, you’ll need to complete the following steps:
Fill in your personal, educational, and professional details accurately.
Attach the required documents to your application.
Pay the Registration Fee. Information on fees and charges can be checked on ACCA Global, before you apply.
Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email notification confirming that your registration is complete. This will typically take around 5 working days.
Book your exam
Once you are fully registered, you'll be able to book the exam via your MyACCA account. The DipIFR exam is held twice a year, in June and December.
