Removing an individual will disconnect them from your organisation's account.
You will no longer be able to view their account information, exam progress, pay fees or book exams on their behalf.
To remove individuals, go to the Manage People section of your MyACCA portal, where you can do this in bulk or one at a time.
Alternatively, you can remove the individual directly from their profile.
Individuals connected to your account can remove themselves at any time via their personal account.
If an individual has already incurred fees, your organisation remains responsible for paying those fees even after they are removed. No further fees for that individual will be billed to your account.
