All Approved Employers will be renewed every three years and monitored every six years.
When your monitoring submission is required, an email notification will be sent to the primary contact we have on record at the time of monitoring. The primary contact will be able to log into their portal and see a Monitoring Action Notification.
From here the primary contact will be guided through the remainder of the process which includes downloading a monitoring pdf, agreement to terms and conditions and finally the upload of the completed pdf and supporting evidence.
Please note, you will be required to submit monitoring documentation for each stream individually. If you hold Practising Certificate Development (PCD), Audit Qualification Development (AQD) and Sustainability Assurance (SA) approvals, these will be monitored simultaneously by a member of the Compliance team. Please note there is interdependency between these three streams. You cannot hold AQD without holding PCD approval (the only exception to this is South Africa). In addition, you cannot hold an SA approval unless you hold both PCD and AQD approval.
Once the primary contact has submitted the online Monitoring Action, a member of Accreditation team will review the information provided and confirm if all necessary information has been received. It may be necessary to place your monitoring submission on hold until we receive supporting evidence and / or additional information.
If you do not wish to engage with your monitoring requirements, please respond to the Monitoring Action for each stream on your portal to inform us of this, we can then process the withdrawal of the approval(s).
