Already registered
To update your communications and marketing preferences:
Log in to your MyACCA account
At the top right-hand side, click on your name and then Contact Preferences.
A new page will open.
Update your correspondence, updates and information section.
Click Submit to save the changes.
It can take up to 48 hours for changes to be updated on your account, and you won’t be able to make any changes seven days before exam results are released, as the facility is unavailable.
Not registered with us
If you're not registered with us, you can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our emails or by calling us to speak with an adviser.

Please note, if you have opted in to receive your exam results by email and have selected consent level 1, you won't receive your results email.
Not receiving any emails
To make sure you’re receiving the updates that matter, take a moment to confirm your email address and mobile number in the My details section of your account. Sometimes emails from ACCA can be directed to your spam or junk folder, so it’s worth checking there too.
