Pakistan
To request for your ACCA certificate locally attested in Pakistan, you must first get it attested by the British Council or ACCA, and then get it attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) or its regional offices in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, or Quetta. You will likely need a copy of your certificate, and a separate attestation may be required for experience certificates.
Step 1:
Get the certificate attested by ACCA or the British Council
Submit your ACCA certificate to the local British Council office in Pakistan for attestation, as per ACCA Global's guidance.
The British Council will likely only attest documents after ACCA has pre-verified them.
Step 2:
Get the certificate attested by MOFA or its regional office
After the British Council or ACCA attestation, take your certificate to the local office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) for attestation.
The regional offices are located in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Consulate General of Pakistan in Istanbul.
