You may cancel your registration up to 14 calendar days from the date of payment, counting from the day after your registration payment was submitted. If you cancel within this period, we will refund the full amount paid.
How do I cancel my registration
To exercise your cancellation right, please notify us in writing within the 14-day cooling-off period by using the open a case option below.

We'll process the refund due to you as soon as possible.

After 14 days
If your payment was made more than 14 days ago, you may still cancel your registration, but you'll not be eligible for a refund.
