If you are ready to sit the End Point Assessment (EPA), please submit the Gateway Access Form signed by your employer. This should be physically or electronically signed; we cannot accept typed signatures.
Submitting the EPA
Please ensure you are registered as an apprentice before submitting the Gateway Access Form. If you are not yet registered as an apprentice, please follow these articles to transfer to either the Level 4 or Level 7 Apprenticeship. <add links to articles>

Once processed, you’ll be granted access to your EPA.
Your learning provider is responsible for booking and paying for the EPA exam on your behalf.
